yesterday i dropped off a piece for the edison eye gallery's next show "Tails...Tales..." opening october 22 5-10 p.m. 5800 cain ct. edison, washington 98232 360.766.6276. not to be missed, their last opening [my first] was a welcome relief from the usual.the piece i just entered was taken of the miller bell tower at the chautauqua institution on lake chautauqua in new york. it has been modified greatly to give a more 1930s romantic/ bed time story feel to it, reminds me of the art hung at my maternal grandparents lake house at point breeze beach on lake erie when i was a child.
another show coming up is the 16th annual "honey i shrunk the art" show at the "history of the world fine art" gallery 3311 south camano drive, camano island.opens the 19th of november [gala opening 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 through january 29. great holiday shopping.
i will have 6 pieces[ still narrowing it down] all miniature versions of my diverse works.psyched. should be a very strong[ as usual] show.
